CLOVERDALE (NEWS1130) – The Cloverdale Rodeo starts up tonight with local band 54-40 getting things started at the Longhorn Saloon at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds.
Laura Ballance says it’s a tradition. “We’re really excited to celebrate our 63rd rodeo and our 121st annual country fair and it’s a great family event and a lot of fun for everybody to come out and enjoy.”
And don’t forget the bed races tonight in Cloverdale. Besides the traditional rodeo action and fun, this year they’ve added Desi Mela with the sounds of Bhangra and South Asian folk songs and comedy for the first time in the Longhorn.
